1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk1497 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the pk1497 platform available at https://pk1497.cam.

pk1497 is an online betting and live casino information platform serving the Pakistan market. These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location, though users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 applies to gambling activities within Pakistan's jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and users are individually responsible for understanding the laws applicable to them.

By accessing and using pk1497 — whether to browse informational content, access betting markets, place wagers or use live casino services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the pk1497 website at https://pk1497.cam and all associated pages, services and content made available through it.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers with or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User upon completing the registration process.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity responsible for operating and licensing the underlying betting and casino products accessible through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive made available to a User, subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of Users before withdrawals or large transactions are processed.
• "Funds" means any real-money amounts deposited by a User into their Account for the purpose of placing bets or playing casino games.

3 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pk1497. They are supplemented by the following additional policies, which form part of this agreement by reference:

• The Responsible Gambling Policy, available at /responsible-gambling, which sets out the platform's obligations and your options in relation to problem gambling tools.
• Any specific Bonus Terms applicable to a promotion you claim, which will be published alongside that promotion.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific Bonus Terms document, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

4 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable law;
2. You are using the Platform solely on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity;
3. You do not hold more than one Account with the Platform at any given time;
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent or representative of pk1497 or any associated entity;
5. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms;
6. You understand that gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful;
7. All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete and current.

5 Account Registration & Security

To access betting markets and casino services on the Platform, you must create a registered Account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using payment methods currently available in the Platform's cashier. Available methods may include bank transfers via financial institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, or payment services familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast, subject to each provider's own policies and the operator's current integrations.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant deposit.

Bonuses and promotional offers made available through pk1497 are subject to both these Terms and the specific promotional terms applicable to each offer. Users are strongly advised to read the full terms of any bonus before claiming it. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Users who meet any stated minimum deposit, minimum age or verification requirements.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per User, household, IP address and payment method, unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum stake limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum stake may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in the relevant promotional terms. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games.
• The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided this does not adversely affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, exploitation of technical errors or any form of bonus manipulation — will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

9 User Conduct

Users of the pk1497 Platform agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the following standards of acceptable use. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification or when contacting support.
• Accessing the Platform using another person's identity, credentials or payment details.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, collusion or any other illegal activity through or in connection with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities or undocumented system behaviours for personal gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other non-human methods to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to other users or to the Platform itself without authorisation.

The Platform reserves the right to take such action as it considers appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including without limitation suspending or permanently closing the User's account, retaining balances where permitted by applicable law, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

10 Responsible Gambling

pk1497 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual betting sessions with automatic reminders and forced log-outs.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing and your net position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of days or weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform where gambling has become a problem.

These tools are available through your Account settings. Users in distress are encouraged to make use of them without hesitation. Gambling should be an entertainment activity, not a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The User's Account is being used in connection with illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User's continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
• The User has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a vulnerable individual requiring protective action.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms by the User, the Platform reserves the right to withhold balances to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure is initiated by the Platform for non-breach reasons, balances will be handled in accordance with the operator's published account-closure policy.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending bonus wagering requirements and any withdrawal requests outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1497 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from a User's betting or casino activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from wagers placed on sporting events such as PSL, ICC cricket, football, UFC or any other event markets.
• Interruptions to the Platform's service caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party outages or events outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a User's Account where the User failed to adequately secure their login credentials.
• Consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages of any nature arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information published on third-party websites or services linked from or to the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by the pk1497 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document.

By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration, KYC and Account use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing and regulatory compliance.
• Your data is not sold to unrelated third parties. It may be shared with service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
• You have rights over your personal data, including rights of access, rectification, restriction and, where applicable, erasure, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Data retention periods and the processes for exercising your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk1497 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights or obligations — reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform, such as a notice on the homepage or an email to registered Users.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your Account and cease using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect.

The date on which these Terms were last reviewed is displayed at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
